At the end of 2009, following the dissolution of the 23 year joint venture between FANUC and GE, Fanuc GE CNC and FANUC Service have merged to form the new company FANUC CNC. The new company will use synergies and its expanded potential to benefit its customers. From now on, all FANUC CNC systems machine tool users will have just one unique service partner - FANUC CNC.
